How do you cook peppers onions and potatoes?

## Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- 1 pound of potatoes cut into 1-inch pieces

- 1 onion, chopped

- 2 bell peppers, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 1/4 cup water

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

1.) Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
