  • 20 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 10 oz can cream celery soup
  • 1 diced onion (small)
  • 1 T flour
  • 4 T butter

  • Pinch of salt

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Dash of Tabasco Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly cook your frozen, chopped spinach. You will then need to drain it of as much liquid as possible.

  2. Grab a sauce pan and a wire whisk and gently whisk together your cream of celery soup, flour, butter, garlic salt, and salt and pepper until it is smooth and hot.

Throw in your diced onion and stir it into the creamy spinach and celery soup mixture, and it is ready.
