Recipe #1

• If you are cooking dinner for just two or three people, you will need 1 lb. of green beans. If you have a larger family, then go with 2 lbs. Wash your green beans and cut the tips off. Then place 2 tbsp. of butter in a frying pan and turn the heat setting to medium-high. When the butter melts, throw in the green beans. Drizzle 3 tbsp. of soy sauce on each pound of green beans. Toss 1/4 of a cup of sesame seeds over each pound of green beans. Mix up the ingredients and cook for 10 minutes.

Recipe #2

• Cook six pieces of bacon in a frying pan on medium heat. Remove and place on a paper towel. Take out half of the bacon grease, but leave the other half. Add 2 quarts of fresh green beans that have been cleaned and snapped. Sprinkle on 2 tsp. of onion powder and 2 tsp. of garlic powder. After five minutes have passed, crumble up the bacon and toss it over the green beans. Wait another five minutes and then the green beans will be finished.

Recipe #3

• Wash and snap the ends off of 3 cups of green beans. Place a frying pan on the stove and set the heat to medium. Place 1 tbsp. of bacon grease and one tbsp. of shortening in the frying pan. When they melt, add the green beans. Next, mix 2 tbsp. of flour, 1 tbsp. of salt and 1 tbsp. of pepper together in a bowl. Toss this mixture over the green beans. Stir the dish once every two minutes until 10 minutes have passed. Your fried green beans are now done and ready to be eaten.
