Why when frozen peas are defrosted they come back to life?
Frozen peas do not come back to life when defrosted. Freezing and thawing may affect their texture, taste, and nutritional value, but it does not revive the biological processes associated with life. Peas, or any plant or animal material, undergo irreversible changes to their cell structure and internal mechanisms during the freezing and thawing process. Therefore, while they may return to a softer state similar to their fresh form, they do not truly "come back to life."
