Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the broccoli, cauliflower, red bell pepper, and green onions.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
