How to flavor food in a low sodium diet or no salt diet
To much salt in a diet can be bad for ones health. However, salt is a common flavor enhancer for many foods. Learn how to make your own salt alternative below.
Things You'll Need
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.
- 1/2 tsp of dried thyme leaves.
- 1/2 tsp of onion powder.
- 1/2 tsp of paprika.
- 1/2 tsp of ground celery seed.
- 1/2 tsp of pepper.
- 1/2 tsp of dry mustard.
- Empty seasoning shaker.
Instructions

Pour all herbs above in shaker.

Shake to mix. Make sure to cover top to avoid mess.

Store in dry place.
