How to make Jamaican Dumplings
Jamaican Dumplings are great for putting in soups and stews. They are hearty and easy to make.
Things You'll Need
- 1 cup flour
- water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- cooking oil
Instructions

In a medium size bowl, pour in a cup of flour and salt; blend.

Add just enough water to form a batter. Batter should be pulled away from bowl edge and just a little sticky.

Rub your hands with a little cooking oil and spoon some of the batter into the palm of your hand. Form into log shapes by rolling dough back and forth in your palms.

Carefully drop dumplings into boiling broth and cook for at least 10 minutes.
