How do you make butter sauce with lobster?
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and flaked
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the lobster meat, flour, milk, white wine, salt, and pepper to the saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until the sauce has thickened, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the parsley and serve immediately.
