Bayou Bourbon Glaze Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 cup bourbon whiskey
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. In a medium saucepan, combine all of the ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
4. Use immediately or store in a covered container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
