Ingredients:
For the Corn Puff Dough:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:
1. Make the Corn Puff Dough:
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt, water, and vegetable oil until well combined.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low, add Parmesan cheese, and stir until cheese melts and the mixture forms a smooth dough.
- Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare for Piping:
- Transfer the corn puff dough to a large piping bag fitted with a large star tip.
3. Pipe Corn Puffs:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pipe 1-inch mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake Corn Puffs:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake corn puffs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
5. Coat and Season Corn Puffs:
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, sea salt, and cracked black pepper.
- Add corn puffs to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Transfer corn puffs back to the wire rack.
6. Serve and Enjoy:
- Serve corn puffs immediately as a snack or appetizer, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
