How to Make Artichoke Jalapeno Dip (5 Steps)
This artichoke jalapeno dip is perfect for a party or any group occasion. Serve it hot or cold with tortilla or pita chips.
Things You'll Need
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayo
- 2 c. shredded Parmesan
- 3.5 oz. jalapenos (1 small can)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place the brick of cream cheese on the counter so that it starts to get a little soft, about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the artichoke hearts into chunks.

Mix all ingredients except Parmesan in a large baking dish and stir well.

Sprinkle the Parmesan on top of the mixture.

Bake at 350 until lightly browned and bubbly, about 20 to 25 minutes.
