Can you freeze poblano peppers without roasting?

To freeze poblanos without roasting, first wash and dry the peppers. Then, remove the stems and seeds. Depending on how you plan to use your poblanos, you may want to cut them into strips or cubes. After prepping, place them in an airtight container on a sheet tray and in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen. Then transfer the peppers into freezer storage containers.
