How do you keep peeled parsnips?
To store peeled parsnips:
1. Place the peeled parsnips in a bowl of cold water. This will help to prevent them from browning.
2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate. The parsnips can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
3. When you are ready to use the parsnips, drain the water and pat them dry.
You can also store peeled parsnips in a freezer-safe bag for up to 6 months. To do this, simply place the peeled parsnips in the bag, seal it tightly, and place it in the freezer. When you are ready to use the parsnips, remove them from the freezer and let them thaw at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
