Things You'll Need

- Basil
- Eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Chives
- Lettuce
- Eggplant
- Salami
- Peanut butter

Instructions
-
Choose a square shaped loaf of bread and apply butter to every slice of bread. Divide the loaf into four parts, which should leave you with approximately four to six slices per quarter, depending on the loaf.
-
Take one quarter and place a slice of ham, a slice of cheese and a layer of tomato on two or three of the pieces of bread and then cover the sandwich with the remaining slices for that quarter.
-
Mash four hard boiled eggs in with mayonnaise and chives and spread it over two or three of the pieces of bread from the next quarter. Place a thin layer of lettuce over the egg and then cover them with the remaining slices of bread.
-
Place a layer of tomato, a slice of mozzarella cheese, a layer of basil and a thinly sliced layer of cooked eggplant or ham and salami, on two or three of the pieces of bread and then cover them with the remaining slices.
-
Spread a layer of peanut butter on two to three of the slices of bread and spread a layer of strawberry jelly on the remaining slices of bread. Put both types of bread together to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
-
Cut the crust off every sandwich and then cut across the sandwich from one corner to the other both ways so that each sandwich makes four mini sandwiches.
