How to Cook Chicken Wings in a Pressure Cooker
A pressure cooker may be considered a classic cooking tool, but it is a versatile, time-saving addition to the modern kitchen. This airtight pot traps steam, building pressure (measured in pounds per square inch (psi) units), which in turn raises the temperature inside the pressure cooker. By cooking at a higher temperature, cooking time is cut down significantly for anything from vegetables to pot roast. Pressure cookers can be used to quickly cook delicious chicken wings that are ready for any sauce you desire to smother them under.
Things You'll Need
- Pressure cooker capable of at least 15 psi
- 10 raw chicken wings
- Seasonings of your choosing
- 2 cups chicken broth
