Where is food manufactured?

The majority of food is manufactured in factories, which are typically located in industrial areas. These factories are equipped with the necessary machinery and equipment to process and package food products. While some food is still produced on farms or in small-scale kitchens, the vast majority of the food that we consume is manufactured in factories.
