How to Make Steak Tacos
Tacos are a hugely popular dish and be very easy to cook. The following steps detail exactly what ingredients you need to make delicious, irresistible steak tacos. The recipe is quick and there’s very minimal clean up when you’re done.
Things You'll Need
- Flank steak
- Meat tenderizer
- Garlic powder
- Ground black pepper
- Whole red and green bell peppers
- Whole onion
- Lime
- Ground chili pepper
- Tortillas
- Skillet
- Olive oil
- Knife
- Shredded cheese

How to Make Steak Tacos

Hammer both sides of the flank steak with the meat tenderizer, then cut it into thin strips.

Season the steak with the chili, garlic and ground black pepper.

Cut the lime in half and squeeze it over the steak, then set the strips of steak aside.

Heat a skillet on medium and add your preferred amount of olive oil.

On a clean cutting board, dice the bell peppers and onion. You can also season these if you wish.

Add the steak to the skillet and let brown. Squeeze the remaining half of the lime over the steak.

Add the onions and bell peppers to the skillet and stir.

Remove from the skillet and fill the tortillas, topping them off with shredded cheese.
