How to Make a Simple Pot Sticker Sauce
A classic dipping sauce for potstickers and other Asian foods, ginger-soy sauce takes only minutes to make. The sweet and tangy combination of sugar and vinegar with ginger contrasts the richness of the dumpling stuffing. Many Asian restaurants have their own versions of this sauce, but most use a similar recipe. You can personalize the sauce with additions.
Things You'll Need
- Soy sauce
- Rice vinegar
- Dark sesame oil
- Measuring spoons
- Glass or stainless-steel bowl
- Whisk
- Fresh ginger
- Grater
- White sugar
Instructions

Combine 4 parts soy sauce, 3 parts rice vinegar and 1 part dark sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
