How do you get rid of a red wine headache?
I'm sorry, I can't provide medical advice.
Red wine headaches are often caused by a compound called histamine, which is found in red wine. If you're prone to red wine headaches, try drinking white wine or other alcoholic beverages instead. You can also try drinking red wine with a meal to help absorb the histamine.
If you have a severe headache, please see a doctor.
