What happens if you water my plant with crystal light?

Crystal Light is an artificially sweetened powder used to flavor water. It does not contain any plant nutrients, so watering a plant with it will not provide any benefit. In fact, it may actually be harmful to the plant, as the artificial sweeteners can build up in the soil and prevent water and nutrients from reaching the roots.
