Is there calcium in red wine?

Red wine does contain calcium, but in very small amounts. The calcium content of red wine is around 1-2 mg per 100 ml. This is significantly less than the amount of calcium found in dairy products, leafy green vegetables, and fortified foods.

Therefore, while red wine may contribute a small amount of calcium to your diet, it is not a significant source of this mineral.
