How tall will grape vines grow?
The maximum height of a grape vine can vary depending on the grape variety, rootstock, and growing conditions. Some grapevines can grow as high as 25 to 30 feet (7.5 to 9 meters) or even more. However, most commercial vineyards train grapevines to be much shorter for easier management and harvesting. In these vineyards, grapevines are typically pruned to a height of around 3 to 6 feet (1 to 2 meters). This allows for better control over the growth of the vines, as well as improved air circulation and sunlight exposure for the grapes.
