Would you get a buzz from drinking red wine vinegar?
Drinking red wine vinegar will not give you a buzz. Red wine vinegar is made by fermenting red wine with acetic acid bacteria. This process converts the alcohol in the wine into acetic acid, which is what gives vinegar its sour taste. While red wine vinegar does contain a small amount of alcohol (less than 1%), it is not enough to cause intoxication.
