What do Italians put in their champagne?
Italians generally don't put anything in their champagne. They enjoy it as is!
While some people might add a splash of something to their champagne, this isn't a common practice in Italy.
Perhaps you're thinking of a Bellini, which is a popular Italian cocktail made with prosecco (Italian sparkling wine) and peach purée. However, it is not champagne.
