How do you cook frozen lobsters?
To cook frozen lobsters, follow these steps:
1. Thaw the lobsters.
You can thaw the lobsters in the refrigerator overnight or in a sink filled with cold water for about an hour.
2. Prepare the lobsters.
Cut the lobsters in half lengthwise using a sharp knife. Remove the meat from the shells and set it aside.
3. Boil the lobster shells.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the lobster shells and boil for 15 minutes. This will create a flavorful lobster stock.
4. Strain the lobster stock.
Pour the lobster stock through a fine-mesh strainer into a bowl. Discard the lobster shells.
5. Prepare the sauce.
In a saucepan, melt some butter over medium heat. Add some chopped garlic, onion, and celery and cook until the vegetables are softened. Add the lobster stock, some tomato sauce, and some white wine. Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Add the lobster meat.
Add the lobster meat to the sauce and cook until the lobster is heated through.
7. Serve.
Serve the lobster with some pasta or rice.
