How do you cook a lobster tale?
To cook a lobster tail, you will need the following:
Ingredients:
- 1 (8-10 ounce) lobster tail, thawed if frozen
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
2. Rinse the lobster tail under cold water and pat dry.
3. With a sharp knife, cut the lobster tail lengthwise down the middle, all the way to the shell.
4. Drizzle the lobster tail with olive oil, and sprinkle with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the lobster tail cut skin side up on a baking sheet.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster tail is cooked through and opaque.
7. Serve immediately.
