How do they precook shrimp?
There are a few different ways to precook shrimp, but the most common method is to boil them in salted water. To do this, bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt per pound of shrimp. Once the water is boiling, add the shrimp and cook them for 1-2 minutes, or until they turn pink. Once the shrimp are cooked, drain them and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Precooked shrimp can be used in a variety of dishes, such as salads, pasta, stews, and more.
