Which method can be used to remove a small amount of oil from chicken broth?
Here are a few methods to remove a small amount of oil from chicken broth:
* Skimming: This is the most common method. Use a spoon or ladle to carefully skim the top layer of the broth where the oil has collected. Be gentle to avoid stirring up the oil.
* Ice Cube Method: Place a few ice cubes in the broth. The oil will solidify on top and can then be easily skimmed off.
