What is the recipe for hamburger helper-type cheeseburger macaroni?

Ingredients:

* 1 pound ground beef

* 1/2 cup chopped onion

* 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper

* 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained

* 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

* 1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

* 1/4 cup milk

* 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked according to package directions

* 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, onion, and green bell pepper over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

2. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until heated through.
