Ingredients:
For 2 servings of pasta, you will need:
- 1 cup (140 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (120 milliliters) water
- 1 tablespoon (15 milliliters) olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Mix the ingredients:
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, water, olive oil, and salt.
- Use a fork or your hands to mix the ingredients until they form a rough dough.
2. Knead the dough:
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, or until it becomes smooth and elastic.
