Is bull beef good for slaughter?
Bulls generally have more muscle and less fat than cows. This means that their meat can be tougher, but also more flavorful. This makes bull meat well suited for stews and other dishes with long cooking times. However, bull meat can be too tough for some people's tastes, and you should expect to trim more fat from the meat than you would with cow meat.
That said, bulls can be just as good for slaughter as cows, and may be even better for certain cuts of meat.
