Southern Comfort Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Southern Comfort
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the Southern Comfort, honey, brown sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Southern Comfort Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1 cup Southern Comfort
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the Southern Comfort, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
Add the pork chops to the bowl and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
Southern Comfort Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound ground pork
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup Southern Comfort
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Southern Comfort, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Bake the meatloaf for 45-50 minutes, or until cooked through.
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
