How to Use the George Foreman Grill
The George Foreman grill is a great tool to have in the kitchen. It can cook many different kinds of foods while keeping them healthy and reduces the use of grease and fat.
Instructions
-
Set the grill on a sturdy, flat surface, like the kitchen counter. Place the grease tray in the correct position to catch the grease.
-
Plug the grill into a regular electrical outlet. Turn it on to the appropriate temperature for the type of food you are cooking. Let the grill warm for a few minutes.
-
Place your food on the grill and shut the top of the grill. Cook the food for the appropriate amount of time. You don't need to flip the food; the lid is also a grill and cooks the food on both sides at the same time.
-
Remove the food and unplug the grill. Allow it to cool down before handling. Empty the grease tray.
-
Scrape the grill with the plastic scraper provided with the grill. This removes all of the large pieces of food. Wipe with a damp paper towel to remove everything else from the grill.
