How is fish made into and chips?

Ingredients:

* Fresh cod or haddock fillets (skinless and boneless)

* All-purpose flour

* Cornstarch

* Beer

* Eggs

* Salt

* Pepper

* Vegetable oil for frying

* Tartar sauce

* Lemon wedges

Instructions:

1. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.

2. Combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.

3. Whisk the eggs and beer together in a separate bowl.

4. Dip the fish pieces into the flour mixture, then into the egg mixture, and then back into the flour mixture.

5. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

6. Carefully add the fish pieces to the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per batch).
