How do you make coleslaw like Fish Fry restaurant?
Ingredients:
- 10 cups of thinly sliced cabbage
- 1 cup of grated carrot
- 1/2 cup of thinly sliced red onion
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup of white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of celery seeds
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, carrot, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
