Can someone survive by eating only fish?
It is possible for a person to survive by eating only fish, provided that they consume a balanced diet that includes all of the essential nutrients the body requires. Fish is a good source of lean protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and various vitamins and minerals. However, it is important to note that fish alone may not provide sufficient amounts of certain nutrients such as vitamin C and iron, and therefore other sources of these nutrients would need to be included in the diet. A well-rounded diet should include a variety of foods from all major food groups, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats, in order to ensure optimal nutrition and long-term health.
