How do you serve chicory?

Ingredients:

* 1 bunch of chicory, washed and trimmed

* 1 tablespoon of olive oil

* 1/4 cup of white wine

* 1/4 cup of chicken broth

* 1 tablespoon of butter

* Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the chicory and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until it is softened and browned.

3. Add the white wine and chicken broth and bring to a boil.

4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by half.

5. Add the butter, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.

6. Serve immediately.

* You can also add other ingredients to your chicory, such as bacon, mushrooms, or onions.

* Chicory is a bitter green, so you may want to blanch it before cooking it to reduce the bitterness.
