When stored properly in an airtight container in the refrigerator:

* Fresh rice paper spring roll skins: Around 2 to 3 days

* Fresh rice noodle spring roll skins: Around 3 to 4 days

When properly wrapped/packed and sealed, stored flat between sheets of parchment paper (to ensure that they don't stick together) in the freezer:

* Frozen egg roll skins: Around 5 to 6 months

* Frozen rice paper spring roll skins: Around 3 to 4 months

* Frozen rice noodle spring roll skins: Around 3 to 4 months
