Rambutan Juice Recipe
Yields: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:
* 1 kg rambutan (about 2 cups of rambutan flesh)
* 1 cup water
* 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
* 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
* Ice cubes
Instructions:
1. Prepare the rambutan: Remove the hairy outer skin and discard. Carefully peel off the thin inner skin and collect the rambutan flesh in a bowl.
2. Blend the rambutan: Add the rambutan flesh, water, sugar, and salt (if using) to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Strain the juice: Line a fine-mesh strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl. Pour the blended mixture through the strainer and press gently to extract as much juice as possible. Discard the pulp.
4. Chill and serve: Pour the rambutan juice into glasses filled with ice cubes. Serve immediately.
