-Replace Refined sugar with natural sweeteners such as honey ,pure maple syrup, coconut sugar, or stevia.

- Use unsweetened almond milk or oat milk instead of whole milk.

- Replace butter with avocado, apple sauce or Greek yogurt.

- Cut out unhealthy fat, including margarine and shortening.

- Use only lean source of protein such as chicken breast or turkey , instead of beef or pork.
