Instructions:
1. Roast the Spices:

- Add the fennel seeds, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, and black peppercorns.
- Dry roast the spices for 2-3 minutes or until they release their aroma.
- Remove the spices from the pan and allow them to cool slightly.
2. Grind the Spices:
- Once the spices have cooled, grind them into a fine powder using a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
3. Boil the Water:
- Bring the water to a boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
4. Add the Ground Spices:
- Add the ground spice powder to the boiling water.
- Stir well to combine.
5. Add Sugar and Tea Leaves (Optional):
- Add sugar to taste and stir until it dissolves.
- If desired, add tea leaves for extra flavor.
6. Simmer:
- Bring the spiced tea to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes.
7. Strain:
- Strain the tea using a fine-mesh sieve into a cup.

- If desired, add milk to taste.
