Is it bad to drink tea more than once daily?
Drinking tea multiple times daily is unlikely to cause harm and may even offer health benefits. It's important to note, however, that certain health conditions or medication interactions may influence the safety and effectiveness of tea consumption. While excessive consumption of caffeine can lead to negative side effects, many herbal and decaffeinated teas do not contain caffeine and can be enjoyed more freely without such concerns.
