How to Make a Green Tea Latte

Green tea has numerous health benefits and contains about half the caffeine of coffee, making it a drink that you can consume throughout the day. The flavonoids in green tea provide antioxidants to your body and may protect you from viral infections, cancer and osteoporosis. Use matcha to make your green tea latte. Matcha is a powdered, concentrated form of green tea that originated in Japan. Since it is concentrated, you will get more antioxidants in every latte.
