Here is a very quick homemade recipe for elderberry tea.

Things You'll Need

  • 3 tsp. of dried elderberry flowers
  • 1/2 cup of boiling water

Instructions

  1. Add three tsp. of dried elderberry flowers into 1/2 cup of boiling water.

  2. Simmer for approximately 10 minutes.

  3. Allow tea to cool.

  4. Strain the tea.

  5. Drink and enjoy.
