How do penguins drink?

Penguins don't drink water the way we do. They actually absorb water directly from the ocean through their beaks!

Here's how it works:

* Salt glands: Penguins have special glands near their eyes that help them remove excess salt from their bodies.

* Beaks: When penguins drink seawater, they use their tongues to push the water towards the back of their beaks.

* Salt glands: The salt glands filter out the excess salt, leaving the penguin with fresh, drinkable water.

It's a really efficient system that allows penguins to thrive in their salty marine environment!
