When you drink water do pee water?

When you drink water, it goes into your stomach and is absorbed into your bloodstream. From there, it is transported to your kidneys, where it is filtered to remove waste products. The filtered water is then sent to your bladder, where it is stored until you urinate. So, when you pee, you are not peeing water that you just drank. You are peeing water that has been filtered by your kidneys and is no longer needed by your body.
