There is no amendment to the United States Constitution that forbids the manufacturing and sale of alcoholic beverages.
The 18th Amendment (1919-1933), also known as Prohibition, outlawed the manufacture, sale, and transportation of alcoholic beverages in the United States. However, it was repealed by the 21st Amendment in 1933.
