Why do different citrus fruits conduct electricity more than others?

Citrus fruits do not conduct electricity more or less than each other. In fact, citric acid present in citrus fruits generally decreases the conductivity of pure water. Conductivity is a characteristic of the fluid inside the fruit and not the fruit itself.
