What is in mango puree?

Ingredients:

* 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced

* 1/4 cup sugar

* 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

* pinch salt

Instructions:

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the mango, sugar, lemon juice and salt.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Uses:

* Use as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal

* Blend it into smoothies or milkshakes

* Mix it into homemade popsicles

* Spread it on toast or crackers

* Use as a filling for crepes or pancakes
