Can a plant grow with lemonade?

While a plant may survive for a brief period watered with lemonade, it is not a suitable long-term substitute for water.

Lemonade is sugary and acidic. While these properties can stimulate microbial activities in the soil, making more nutrients available to the plant, the high sugar and acidity can ultimately damage the roots and the overall health of the plant.
